Located just off a strip of highway in Maricopa, APEX Motor Club stands as a testament to the epitome of exclusivity, luxury, and a shared passion for high-performance automobiles. APEX offers its members a host of amenities and privileges, creating an unparalleled experience in the world of motorsports.
With a cap of 425 members, APEX preserves the exclusivity of the club, ensuring optimal track conditions for members, their families, and friends. Over 70% sold out, the club promises an intimate environment where members can enjoy not only the premier facility but also special events, private collections, VIP experiences, preferred rates through premier partners, and the opportunity to house personal private collections onsite in customized garages.
Now, APEX is set to open its second phase of garages following its initial phase in late 2022. As APEX embarks on the eagerly anticipated opening of more personal garages, the design philosophy echoes the distinctive aesthetics that defined the original debut units.
The specifications for the new auto garages in Phase Two closely mirror those of Phase One. Each garage, measuring 25×50 square feet, is delivered as a grey shell with basic amenities like drywall, paint, electrical, lighting, a utility bathroom, and an HVAC unit. Owners have the liberty to customize interiors to accommodate different types of racing vehicles and personal preferences.
This deliberate continuity not only maintains the club’s overall visual coherence but also underscores a commitment to preserving the sophisticated and cohesive appearance that defines the APEX experience. As members drive through the club, they will find a familiar yet evolving landscape, with the exterior of the new garages seamlessly blending with the existing structures, creating a harmonious ensemble that symbolizes the evolution of APEX Motor Club.
Yet, within this cohesive architectural framework, APEX offers a canvas for individual expression and personalization. The real magic of Phase Two lies in the autonomy granted to owners to customize their garages according to their unique design preferences and practical needs. This customization goes beyond superficial aesthetics, delving into the very essence of personal identity. Whether it’s configuring the layout for optimal vehicle storage, integrating specialized features for mechanical work, or infusing the space with personal touches that reflect the owner’s passion, each garage becomes a testament to the individuality of its owner. APEX Motor Club, by combining a unified architectural vision with personalized spaces, strikes a delicate balance between collective identity and individual expression, ensuring that every member’s journey within the club is both communal and uniquely their own.
To ensure the safety of the racing cars stored in the garages, APEX employs a comprehensive security system. This includes a 24-hour live camera feed, fire alarm system on all garage buildings, and on-site manned security, providing members with peace of mind regarding the protection of their prized possessions.
Technology integration is a key aspect of APEX’s garage design. Members can enhance security with digital door locks, camera systems, and personal alarm systems. This commitment to technological advancements ensures that APEX remains at the forefront of innovation in providing a secure and technologically advanced environment for its members.
As for future expansions, APEX is currently focused on developing its next phase, including a member clubhouse, Phase Two track, and additional industrial buildings. The long-term vision includes continuous growth and enhancement of facilities to meet the evolving needs and desires of the members.
But beyond new garages, APEX places a strong emphasis on community-building, considering it a fundamental aspect of its identity. The club actively cultivates a sense of camaraderie among its members through a diverse array of activities. From engaging in thrilling race series and casual happy hours to exclusive private collection tours and viewing parties, APEX ensures that its members have ample opportunities to connect over their shared love for high-performance automobiles.
Fostering a sense of community extends beyond the racetrack, as APEX encourages participation in events for members with varying interests, not limited to those solely focused on racing. The club’s commitment to inclusivity is further exemplified by its efforts to facilitate introductions among members who share common passions. By creating an environment where members can forge connections organically, APEX Motor Club establishes itself not just as a haven for automotive enthusiasts but as a vibrant community where friendships flourish both on and off the track.
As APEX Motor Club embarks on the second phase of its development, the club’s leadership expresses excitement for the future. The build-out of the clubhouse, garages, and second track in the coming months signals a period of growth and prosperity for the club, cementing its position as a premier destination for automotive enthusiasts.
