Polo and horsepower are returning to Scottsdale in an exciting, innovative, and socially distanced setting.

The producers who created the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships a decade ago are back this year with the Stella Artois Scottsdale Polo Classic Presented by Ketel One, November 7th at WestWorld of Scottsdale.

This year’s event is open air and closely follows social distance guidelines in response to COVID-19. It’s a new way to put the social in social distancing. The producers carefully crafted a plan for an event that is both exciting and prudent and it was approved by the City of Scottsdale.

This year open air tables, lattice fencing, and umbrellas are replacing traditional tents. In addition to fulfilling city requirements the event has also been certified by HealthyVerify, a collaboration including Arizona State University and Barrow Neurological Institute to ensure significant safety precautions and measures are being met.

Barrett-Jackson, The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions, has been with the event from the beginning and returns for a 10th year to this signature Scottsdale event known as “The Best Polo Event in the World.”

Once again there will be a preview of some of the cars featured at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction, which takes place January 16th through the 24th at WestWorld.

And all vehicles will be suitably spaced to ensure social distancing. And alongside all that horsepower will be thee exciting polo matches.

The day begins with Arizona Polo Club taking on Columbia. It will be followed by the signature charity match of the day. EPR Polo takes on the Celebrity Cruises Polo Team in a match supporting Arizona Equine Rescue and Southwest Wildlife and featuring professional polo players making their inaugural appearance in Scottsdale.
