The Toy Barn Opens Phase Three of Its Chandler North Location, Dove Valley – Coming in 2025
The Toy Barn, a premier luxury vehicle storage and private garage suite company, continues its remarkable expansion across the Valley, redefining how automotive enthusiasts secure and enjoy their prized vehicles. With the grand opening of the Chandler North location and the announcement of Dove Valley opening in Q4 of 2025, the Toy Barn cements its reputation as the ultimate haven for car collectors and aficionados.
Chandler North: A New Standard in Luxury Garage Ownership
The newest addition to the Toy Barn’s portfolio, Chandler North, is officially open and setting a new standard for premium vehicle storage. This state-of-the-art facility features 141 secure, climate-controlled suites—the largest Toy Barn facility in the area. Designed with car enthusiasts in mind, the suites offer cutting-edge amenities and customization options that transform garages into personal sanctuaries.
“This location is an extension of our existing community in Chandler, which we’ve been developing for about five years,” said Jason Phillips, owner of The Toy Barn. “This is the third phase of that community, and we’re thrilled to see it come to life. More than just a storage facility, Chandler North is a destination for enthusiasts who want their vehicles cared for in an environment as extraordinary as the cars themselves.”
The demand for Chandler North was clear from the beginning. “We’ve had so much success with the first two phases, and the phones kept ringing for more availability,” Phillips explained. “It’s exciting to finally offer this addition to our clients.
More Than Storage: A Lifestyle
What sets The Toy Barn apart is its unique approach to vehicle storage—blending functionality with luxury and community. “Most of the people who buy here are fulfilling a need,” Phillips explained. “They’re downsizing, relocating, or looking for a secure place to store their collections. Our concept is ownership-based. Clients own their units as real estate, making it a long-term investment that could grow in value over time.”
But it’s not just about storage—it’s about creating an experience. “Our locations areexclusive communities with a country-club-like atmosphere,” Phillips said. “We’re very selective about who we allow in, which keeps the environment secure and enjoyable for everyone.” Units come equipped with climate control, sewer, and water, enabling clientsto create personalized spaces, including “man caves” or showrooms to display their vehicles. “It’s truly impressive to see how people customize these spaces,” Phillips added.
On the Horizon: Dove Valley and More
Looking ahead, The Toy Barn is preparing to break ground on its next project: the Dove Valley location, scheduled to open in Q4 of 2025. Located in the high-growth northern Phoenix area, Dove Valley will feature 91 units across 7 acres, totaling approximately 140,000 square feet.
“We have three other locations in this area because it’s such a strong market,” Phillips noted. “Dove Valley will offer the same attention to detail and quality our clients expect, providing private garage suites that deliver security, exclusivity, and a sense of community among like-minded car enthusiasts.”
The company is also evaluating additional properties around the Valley, including potential sites in Scottsdale near DC Ranch and Silverleaf, as well as in Central Scottsdale. “We’re always looking for high-growth areas that align with our vision,” Phillips said. “The Valley continues to offer incredible opportunities for us to expand.”
A Legacy of Excellence
Since its inception, The Toy Barn has been dedicated to providing world-class solutions for luxury vehicle storage. Over 15 years, the company has grown to include 7 locations with over 600 units, including hotspots like Scottsdale Airpark and Chandler. By blending practicality and opulence, The Toy Barn has become synonymous with excellence in the automotive community.
With Chandler North open, Dove Valley on the horizon, and more locations planned, The Toy Barn isn’t just growing—it’s shaping the future of luxury vehicle storage in the Valley. “We’re excited about what’s ahead,” Phillips said. “Our focus has always been on delivering exceptional facilities that meet the needs of our clients and creating communities where automotive dreams come to life.”
