This state-of-the-art facility features 141 secure, climate-controlled suites—the largest Toy Barn facility in the area. “This location is an extension of our existing community in Chandler, which we’ve been developing for about five years,” said Jason Phillips, owner of The Toy Barn. “This is the third phase of that community, and we’re thrilled to see it come to life. The demand for Chandler North was clear from the beginning. “We’ve had so much success with the first two phases, and the phones kept ringing for more availability,” Phillips explained. “It’s exciting to finally offer this addition to our clients.

“We have three other locations in this area because it’s such a strong market,” Phillips noted. “Dove Valley will offer the same attention to detail and quality our clients expect, providing private garage suites that deliver security, exclusivity, and a sense of community among like-minded car enthusiasts.”
The company is also evaluating additional properties around the Valley, including potential sites in Scottsdale near DC Ranch and Silverleaf, as well as in Central Scottsdale. “We’re always looking for high-growth areas that align with our vision,” Phillips said. “The Valley continues to offer incredible opportunities for us to expand.”
