When Protection Becomes Precision
For years, armored vehicles have been defined by tradeoffs, usually defined by heavy weight and lack of functional features. Armoris Defense was born from a simple but powerful belief: protection should never change how a vehicle feels, drives, or looks. It should simply be there—doing its job without asking for attention.
At Armoris Defense, ballistic protection is approached with care and intention. It isn’t treated as an aftermarket addition, but as part of the vehicle itself. Each vehicle undergoes a precise 3D scan of every square inch of the passenger compartment, allowing ballistic protection to be seamlessly integrated into the build—appearing entirely invisible to the naked eye.
Our average ballistic kit adds anywhere from 250-500 lbs of added weight, without compromising the manufacturer’s GWVR (gross weight vehicle rating). From there, each platform is studied as a complete system, considering weight balance, drivability, and design integrity before a single component is installed.
The goal is demanding, but clear: deliver certified protection while preserving everything that makes a luxury vehicle exceptional, without compromising the integrity for the passengers.
The Science Behind Subtle Protection
At the core of Armoris Defense’s approach is its proprietary UDura® composite armor—advanced opaque ballistic materials engineered to meet NIJ Level IIIA / BR4 standards while remaining significantly lighter than traditional steel armor.
Constructed using aramid fibers and proprietary unidirectional layering, these materials absorb and disperse ballistic energy across multiple layers while distributing weight evenly throughout the vehicle. The result is a balanced drive that preserves ride quality, handling, and braking—without compromise.
Behind the wheel, the experience feels familiar, with functionality unchanged. The windows and windshield remain fully operational, the suspension responds as expected, and there are no visual cues or physical reminders that the vehicle has been fortified. Protection is present—but intentionally unobtrusive.
Engineering With Respect for the Vehicle
Each installation is engineered with an OEM-level mindset, tailored to the exact vehicle platform—whether a high-performance SUV, executive sedan, or bespoke build.
Armor placement is digitally mapped using a full 3D scan of the vehicle, allowing protection to be seamlessly engineered within the vehicle’s structure before fabrication begins. This creates a discreet safety cocoon, reinforcing critical areas—including doors, pillars, firewalls, and rear bulkheads—without interfering with factory systems. Airbags, electronics, crumple zones, and interior finishes are preserved. Glass solutions are carefully selected to maintain clarity, minimize distortion, and integrate seamlessly with factory trim.
This is protection designed with the vehicle—not imposed upon it.
Built for Real Life, Not Display
Today’s threats come from every angle, to include but not limited to road rage, car jackings, armed robberies, riot protection, etc. Armoris Defense serves clients who value discretion: individuals, families, and professionals who want peace of mind without changing how they move through the world.
Every installation is intentionally covert. Armor is concealed beneath factory interiors. Exterior lines remain untouched.
Discretion also enhances security. A vehicle that blends in often provides the greatest advantage of all. Armoris Defense armored vehicles are indistinguishable from stock vehicles.
A Founder’s Vision
Armoris Defense was founded by Randy Koeppel, a lifelong automotive enthusiast and industry executive whose approach is shaped by decades of hands-on experience. With more than 90 years of generational automotive involvement behind him, Koeppel is known for delivering thoughtful, white-glove service—whether managing private vehicle collections or overseeing complex, high-value builds.
His vision for Armoris Defense wasn’t to create another armor company. It was to rethink how protection is conceived and delivered—combining advanced material science with craftsmanship, restraint, and respect for the vehicle.
That philosophy is evident in every installation: measured, precise, and uncompromising in quality. For Koeppel, protection isn’t about excess—it’s about confidence, intention, and doing things the right way.
The Future of Armored Luxury
As luxury vehicles continue to evolve—embracing lightweight materials, electrification, and advanced driver systems—protection must evolve alongside them. Armoris Defense remains focused on innovation, refining materials and integration techniques to ensure safety keeps pace without slowing progress.
In an increasingly uncertain world, Armoris Defense offers something rare: peace of mind that feels effortless.
Because the most advanced protection isn’t something you see—or even think about. It’s simply there, allowing you to enjoy the drive. Protection is something that you plan beforehand, after the fact, is too late. Protect yourself and your loved ones with Armoris Defense’s exclusive invisible ballistic protection package.
