For Jeff Grant, owner and operator of San Diego-based real estate group Sand and Sea Investments, the drive to work with people and give back to the community has always been in his DNA. That drive has manifested itself in a number of ways, from multiple charity-related roles and events to finding the right property for his clients, the Scottsdale, Arizona native’s mission to serve others has found a home in real estate.
