America One Luxury Real Estate Partners Up with Bedbrock Developers and Talk New Exclusive Hillside Community
In today’s consumer-driven world, the concept of personalization reigns supreme. From ordering your food online to adjusting your wardrobe to picking out the right amenities for your summer beach vacation, personalization is key. So, why shouldn’t your brand-new home be the same?
Yes, over time, your home becomes personalized to your tastes, but what about having it personalized from the start? This is the concept that Patrick Niederdrenk and Maximilian de Melo, managing partners of Scottsdale-based America One, have been working to build off of since coming to the area.
The homes they sell focus on the Biltmore, Arcadia, and Camelback Mountain areas, where the team is currently marketing and offering the Jade Homesite in Arizona’s most exclusive gated community, aptly named Crown Canyon.
Currently under construction and already garnering purchasers, Crown Canyon, owned and envisioned bdy Kevin Groman, and developed and built by BedBrock Developers, is nestled in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, complete with valley views and desert decadence. Featuring homes accented by an active blend of modern amenities, sleek layouts, and natural desert beauty. America One and its managing partners, Niederdrenk and de Melo, are the investors and listing agent for the Jade Homesite in Crown Canyon and are looking to bring a personalized white glove approach to brand-new home building in the Valley of the Sun.
At the new hillside community, residents are surrounded by the natural beauty of the sprawling desert and all that a luxury homestead has to offer. But it’s the homes themselves, of course, that make one want to stay inside, even after a year like 2020, which saw everyone spending more time indoors than ever before. Accented by features like shooting ranges, pilates studio, golf simulators and indoor/outdoor bars and kitchens for summer entertaining, heated pools for winter dips, and more than 8,000 square feet of livable space, showcase models like the Jade are offering residents their own private paradise.
For auto enthusiasts, Crown Canyon offers one-of-a-kind car housing experiences. Looking to keep your collection close and safe rather than look for garage housing offsite? Crown Canyon homes can offer a solution. Whether it’s underground garages of any size or multi-level stacking, Niederdrenk and de Melo emphasize quality personalization.
“A build-to-suit client can really do anything they want. The sky is the limit in Crown Canyon,” notes de Melo. “We are able to customize their space to fit their car collection and meet their standard of luxury for their most-prized items in the garage. That’s really what this community is all about.”
Jade is the first showcase home currently underway, in the 12 homesite community, and is offered at $9,988,000 by Niederdenk and de Melo, and their brokerage, America One. Fortunately, Niederdrenk and de Melo have an eye for spotting opportunity in real estate, including location, a growing clientele, and access to everything clients need to feel at home.
“After coming here for vacations, we finally decided to move here permanently in 2017. We always had a huge interest in luxury real estate, design, and development, and started building our business around it,” explains Niederdenk. “We love helping the most discerning homeowners find their private paradise.”
It’s this dedication to the client and their individual needs that has helped the duo create luxury living experiences, one-of-a-kind views, and top tier personalization offerings for their clients that sets the standard above others in the luxury real estate community.
