Set to cross the block with No Reserve at the Barrett-Jackson 2026 Scottsdale Auction, Jan. 17-25 at WestWorld, “Blue Magic” offers a rare opportunity to bid on a bespoke masterpiece that blends exclusivity, performance and design in a way only Brabus can deliver.
It takes just one second to feel the Brabus effect – and that second is unforgettable. Known for turning heads, Brabus has elevated the “1-second-wow” into a design requirement and guiding principal that drives every creation. But “wow” barely scratches the surface. From its origins as a high-performance German tuner, Brabus has evolved into a global icon of bespoke engineering known for crafting ultra-rare supercars, rugged off-road machines, luxury motorhomes, high-speed superboats, and even its own private island in Abu Dhabi with villas and high-rises. Brabus doesn’t just push boundaries, it obliterates them. There’s simply no limit to the wow.
The same can be said for “Blue Magic,” the 2023 Brabus 900 Rocket R based on a Porsche 992.1 Turbo S Coupe. The Brabus 900 Rocket R embodies the 1-second-wow ethos – designed to impress with its sleek and menacing silhouette. Nicknamed “Blue Magic” by the Brabus factory workers during the build process, this bespoke vehicle was commissioned by a private collector when he shipped the brand-new Porsche to Brabus in Germany in 2023. The completed Rocket R was delivered in November 2024.
Finished in Mexico Blue, it stands as the only Rocket in that color and one of just two Brabus-designed Rocket Rs that are street-legal in the United States. Adding to its exclusivity, “Blue Magic” is one of only 25 Rocket Rs produced worldwide.
Engineered for style, performance and functionality, the Brabus 900 Rocket R is powered by a Brabus-tuned 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-6 engine, unleashing 900 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque. Harnessing this immense power through a 6-speed automatic transmission, this Rocket races from 0 to 60 mph in under 2.5 seconds, hits 120 mph in just 7.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of over 211 mph, delivering an uncompromising driving experience at every turn. Stopping power is derived from Brabus brakes, while handling is managed by a Brabus height-adjustable sports suspension with upgraded shock absorbers.
Adding to the wow effect, the Rocket R commands attention on Brabus Monoblock P Platinum Edition wheels, 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear, wrapped in high-performance Continental SportContact 7 tires. Crafted using cutting-edge forging and precision machining, these wheels feature a distinctive five-spoke design enhanced by signature Brabus Rocket carbon fiber aero-discs. This fusion of lightweight engineering and aggressive styling not only delivers a bold visual statement but also serves a functional purpose: the rotating aero-discs channel heat away from the brakes, efficiently venting hot air from the wheel wells.
The Rocket R’s Mexico Blue exterior is enhanced with precision-crafted carbon-fiber bodywork, designed for both wow-inspiring looks and aerodynamic performance. Up front, a carbon lip spoiler integrated into the fascia to optimize downforce at high speeds. Airflow is expertly directed through carbon surrounds into the radiators and front brakes, while the bumper and fenders blend seamlessly into the overall design. Specially engineered Kevlar wheel arch liners help release heat, and sculpted rocker panels emphasize the car’s dynamic shape. Large side intakes channel air to support engine cooling and combustion.
At the rear, a carbon diffuser frames the quad tailpipes of the high-performance exhaust system. Paired with a rear spoiler, this setup increases downforce on the rear axle for improved stability.
The Brabus 900 Rocket R doesn’t just impress on the outside; step inside and the wow continues. The cabin is wrapped in Mexico Blue leather, accented with sleek Shadow Chrome touches. It’s a bold, handcrafted interior that balances luxury with high-performance flair. Quilted leather stretches across the seats, doors and footwells, while smooth leather on the dashboard flows seamlessly into the Alcantara headliner and pillars.
Look closer, and you’ll find custom aluminum pedals and illuminated carbon entrance panels with RGB LED Brabus logo add a futuristic edge. Even the trunk is finished in leather, elevating an often-overlooked space.
With just 936 miles on the odometer at the time of writing, this 2023 Brabus 900 Rocket R – one of only 25 ever built and one of just two street-legal in the U.S. – is ready to add some 1-second-wow-factor to any collection. Visit Barrett-Jackson.com and register to bid today!
