Arizona Differential Works on Custom Rods and Off-Road Vehicles, Too
Nate and Jennifer Warren’s Arizona Differential services exotic luxury and sports cars such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar and Audi as well as American muscle. Their recently expanded Phoenix business also performs work on your custom rods and off-road vehicles such as dirt trucks and sand rails.Opened November 2010 at 2901 W. Weldon Ave. — just west of Interstate 17 and south of Indian School Road — their 30,000-square-foot facility provides work on “anything differential,” says Nate, a native Phoenician and graduate of Central High School. He completed his automotive education at Metro Tech, also in Phoenix.
“Our new space allows us to offer full drive-train repair,” he adds. “With our 12-man crew, there’s nothing we can’t handle now, including original and custom, large and small.”
Although the shop has established a reputation for high-quality work on performance differentials, Nate’s crew also works on transfer cases and manual transmissions. In addition, the company installs high-quality axle shafts, gears, U-joints, drive shafts, locking differentials, posi-tractions, spider gears, bearing kits and performance and race parts.
The shop also does fabrications such as cages, back halfs, tin interiors, 4-Links and suspension systems such as lifting or lowering your vehicle.
Nate and Jennifer opened their first shop in 1997 at 25th Avenue and Buckeye Road. Four years later, they relocated to larger space on Grand Avenue, where they remained for 10 years. They opened a second store in the North Valley before opening the Weldon Avenue location.
Regular maintenance is also available for your custom cars and trucks, high-performance vehicles and everyday drivers. “We are here to help you ensure that those components are also working to original equipment or better standards,” Jennifer explains.
